Unboxing Video Policy

Make sure you made clear uncut/un-edited/unpause UNBOXING VIDEO while unboxing any product you had ordered from zoukart.com. AWB number and packing slip must be visible clearly on the video. If anything goes wrong buyer had to send a full unboxing video to used.zoukart.com.

Product Cancel/Return Policy

used.zoukart.com does not accept any type of cancel or refund if you had placed order. If there is any issue from used.zoukart.com’s/seller side then only zoukart/seller can cancel the order and refund the full paid amount.

If the product is *physically damaged out of the box, the wrong product delivered, the product is totally dead or tempered, in that case, Zoukart.com will provide the replacement or the refund (it will be decided by the zoukart.com). The buyer must have to inform zoukart within 3 days after delivering the product.

For any kind of warranty-related concern contact with the product manufacturers if it is in official warranty only.

Who are buying seller warranty products please make sure that you buy at your own risk. If anything happens in future then please directly contact with the seller. Admins won’t help in this case.
Also if buyer buy a seller warranty product via admin method then admin will take responsibility till product get delivered to buyer. After that in future if buyer wanna claim seller warranty or if buyer get any issue regarding that admins can’t help in that case then.

In case of occurrence of any new situation or matter, which is not mentioned in the rules above. The admin will look into the situation closely and will make a decision to resolve the issue, which the buyer and seller will abide by or seller/buyer have to follow admin final decision.

If the buyer is returning the product back to the seller, the seller also have to make a video of unboxing post receiving the item. The seller will contact the admin in case of damage goods and share the video. Admin will investigate based on the unboxing video and will examine the packaging. If the packaging was satisfied and the product was still damaged, the admin can decide that the product was damaged during the transition. If the packaging was found unsatisfactory then the damage will be considered valid. Both buyer and seller will abide by the decision making of the admin since it will be based on visual proof.

Refund Method

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and UPI orders refunds will be done only in buyers’ bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

*Buyer has to provide the Uncut, Unpaused, Clear Unboxing video, and AWB number and packing slip must need to be visible on the unboxing video. To claim any type of physical damage unboxing video is a must.
