Refund and Returns Policy

1. 1. We accept ONLY Replacement if the product delivered by us is in defective or damage condition. Buyer cannot change the product in replacement process. Refund only possible if we dont have stock for Replacement. Once you order thn order cannot be Cancel. So please make sure what you want before ordering. Buyers will have 3 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for Replacement. After 3 days we will not accept any Replacement. Buyer have to make proper unboxing Uncut video of Packaging. The buyer must create an uncut unboxing video that includes the entire process from unboxing the product to installing it on the PC and running it successfully
   2. Make sure what product you want to buy before payment, product cannot return if product not compatible with your System/PC. So before buying do research then buy it.

      If you are buying GPU please make sure your Power Supply should be from this brand only else Return may Rejected: COOLER MASTER, CORSAIR , DEEPCOOL , MSI, NZXT , EVGA, SUPER FLOWER , SEOSONIC, ASUS or FRACTAL DESIGN 

   3. Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the Replacement window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.

       

   4. Once the buyer receives the product, they should carefully check the bill if the product is under warranty. If the warranty is based on the product’s serial number, they should verify it accordingly. All necessary checks should be completed within the testing period. After the testing period is over, the product cannot be replaced.
      
      
   5. Product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request. All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product.
      If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
