Suppose/ By any chance while shipping if Customer receives Damage package thn also buyer have to receives/collect the package and have to make unboxvideo of tht same package. Not allowed to refuse the package from Courier boy.Thn instant buyer have to informthe sameto your seller and to any admin also.
After Payment Doneby Buyer, Seller have to Ship the product within 2 Working Days.If Seller cannot shipthe product within 2 working days after paymentdone by Buyer thn Plz dont take orders.
If the buyer is returningthe product back to the seller, the seller also have to make a video of unboxingpost receiving the item. The seller willcontact the admin in case of damage goods and share the video. Adminwill investigate basedon the unboxingvideo andwillexamine the packaging. If the packaging was satisfied andthe product was still damaged, the admincan decide that the product was damaged during the transition. If the packaging was found unsatisfactory then the damage will be considered valid. Both buyer and seller will abide by the decision makingof the adminsinceit will be based on visual proof.
Every seller should provide at least 1-2 days of testing warranty for any kind of fault/issue,& if everything goes fine,after buyer confirmation within 1-2 days, admintransfer the amount to the seller ace after fulfillingthat testing tenure.”
